1975 Pontiac Grandville Convertible. This was the last year for GM's fullsize convertibles other than the Cadillac Eldorado. This car is equipped withthe Pontiac 400 V-8 with a 4 -bbl carburetor. It has Turbo Hydramatic, PowerSteering, Power Brakes, Power Windows, , Power Locks, Power Seat, CruiseControl, Air Conditioning, Control Cycle Wipers, Factory AM-FM Stereo, Ralley IIWheels, Steel belted Whitewall Tires, Drivers Side Remote Sport Mirror,Passenger Side Manual Sport Mirror, Body Side Moldings, Door Edge Guards, FloorMats and more. The car has 79,000 miles. I have been told by a mechanic who wasunderneath the car, based on what he sees that he believes those are theoriginal miles. The car was originally sold in Harrisburg, PA and it hasremained in PA its entire life. As a result, it has been subjected to annual PAState Safety and Emission Inspections. In PA, when a safety inspection isperformed, the wheels are pulled off and the brakes are inspected along with theexhaust system and suspension parts. Any item that does not meet specs must bereplaced to pass inspection. I purchased the car in 2002. When I got it, therewere several things that weren't right or that didn't work.
