1975 Volkswagen Transporter Type II1975 Volkswagen Transporter For Sale! This Vintage VW Transporter is an all-time classic! I hate to get rid of this as it was an unfinished project of mine. For a 42 year old car, itis in wonderful shape. Dashboarddoes have a crack. It needs a new top, but the current top on it, though it hasa split in it, doesn't leak. The body is straight, no dings, damage or rust. The last owner towedthis car behind their motor home when they traveled. So, they put fancy wheelson it along with a small sport, steering wheel. I replaced the steering wheelwith the original VW steering wheel. I've been told the current, sportytires/wheels on the car are too big for the suspension, so I bought 4 originalVW wheels (need to be powder coated) and 4 baby moon hubcaps to go with them. Brake lines replaced two yearsago. Car was completely checked out by mechanic and I was told I had a strongengine and solid car. I have all the paperwork on it. This car is in fabulouscondition and is driven regularly. It is a collectors dream.
