I bought it and after pulling the flywheel and cleaning the points and cranking it still had no spark I replaced the coil and it sparked I washed out the carb put the fuel to it and it ran

Very nice just restored bike. The bike has new everything as it was just done. I got the bike with several others and i already have a dt1 so no need for another. I started the bike and has been driven around the block a couple of time. It will need to be broken in and shook out as it has just been finished. Bike is registered in vermont. Overall the chrome is in excellent condition. Bike comes with NO warranty expressed or implied. Seat has a split on the left side. Oil tank has a dent (see pics) will need new fork seals and possibly upper sanction tubes (see pics). Gas tank has been repainted with new emblems, looks good but doesn't match exactly. New battery and rear tire

I regret doing it, but could be easily removed)bought this bike a few years ago as a project and now i'm beginning to start my business and need to sell off my projects. This bike hauls ass... It being a 2-stroke it's got a lot more power than its 4-stroke counterparts. I'm sad to see it go and wish i could keep it but it really deserves to go to a better home or collector who can appreciate it.

Was one of two bikes of it's exact type in existence (a 700ccsquare 4 "two stroke" w/ 4 rotary valves.. She is a breast ! ) and i was told by most everyone there that she was pretty much "priceless" ! Paper work: here is some more great news ! Since this beauty has been in storage for many (~30 years) years (last license tags were purchased in 1979) i have the dmv computer print out on this wonderful bike that proves ... "she is 100% free & 100% clear of any and all back fees, 100% free & 100% clear of any and all back license registration fees & 100% free & clear of any and all back penalties & 100% free & clear on any and all back license fees etc etc" as she has been in storage so long (~30 years) that again therefore she currently is 100% off the dmv system at this time. I will gladly include this dmv computer print out that documents all this & also included with this wonderful bike... I will be including a california dmv (notarized) "transfer of ownership" (notarized, equiv. I will also include the california department of motor vehicles current dmv computer print out on this wonderful bike that shows & proves that because this beauty was in covered dry storage for the past ~three + decades & because of this... (after typically aprox. 7-8 years here in california) therefore there are no current dmv computer records (which is really good news) on this wonderful bike & therefore there will be no back fees and no back taxes etc etc. Owed on this wonderful dual purpose ct-1 .. 175cc yamaha enduro dual purpose bike & or vintage racing bike. Again, i will be glad to provide a "california department of motor vehicles "notarized "transfer of ownership" dmv bill of sale from myself to the new owner of this wonderful bike to the new owner. & also included will be the dmv's computer system print-out that proves this wonderful bike is "free & clear of any and all" back fee's penalties etc etc etc. She is free & clear of any outstanding registration etc fees.. I think she looks great ! ... No one loves a truly great "two stroke" dirt/street bike like this yamaha 175 ct-1 enduro ... More than me !. These ct-1 yamaha enduro's were destined to be a bike that i think most any rider could have "big fun" ridding all day long on ! ! ! ! I have heard) (this being one of the last years of these first issue 1969-71 dt-1 enduro's she is the perfect bike further perfected being by yamaha (these super simple air cooled super fun " air cooled two strokes" unlike most other vintage bikes are typically always ready to have fun with !!! ) . Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxthis amazing bike starts easy & runs shift & stops great ! .. And i think she has what looks to be her her original yamaha 175cc ct-1 gas tank that still looks to in great condition with a brand new custom "candy apple emerald green" paint & yamaha style reissue style tank emblems & striping etc etc. ! Again, her gas tank has been newly refinished & painted as are both her front & rear fenders, also her rims, spokes, shocks, wheel hubs & brake backing plates etc etc have all also been refinished & or painted & all look great ! And i think look very nice. The gas tank & striping have been refinished with what looks to be very close to original style graphics that look great to me to the & their style looks very much like the yamaha graphics that yamaha installed back when this bike was brand new ! The inside of her tank is clean looks great. As do her handlebars,we have not changed out any of her suspension fluids but the rear shocks look to be in good condition and their seals appear nice and dry. I would check & refill the fork oil as i have not checked that out to date. Her pegs, shifter, she has brand newly painted & refinished fork tubes etc etc & her rubber parts look good & new handlebar grips ! Brand new foot pegs ! Also, brake levers etc etc are still in overall nice condition ! The shifter and brake levers look & work great !
