Seller's Comments and Description: Very original, low mileage, unmolested 1973 Norton Commando MkV. I purchased from the son of the original owner. It had sat in the son's garage the prior 15 - years without use. Most of the paint is original, including gas tank, side covers, fork clamps, and frame. I repainted the rear tailight, front airbox, and front fender stays - all other paint is original. The tank is metal, dent free, not chip free, and spotless inside - just sealed. The chrome parts are original, look very good, but some parts have various amounts of pitting. The fenders are excellent and dent free. Details ConditionYear: Used 1973 Contact Seller.

he fuel tank itself is a poly tank, and the fibreglass shell doesn't contact the fuel. The original adjustable Progressive Suspension shocks and chain guard will go with the bike. Too much detail to throughly cover, but the triple Brembo brakes - 65-70 RWHP, Marzocchi front suspension and Ohlins rear are some high points

The paint on the fuel tank is in excellent condition showing no scratches or chips. The overall quality of the paintwork on the fuel tank and side covers is ex.
