Was going to just leave it as I rode fine but it happens to not be separate from the main frame so I went ahead and had the whole frame replaced by the dealer just to make sure it would be 100%. I put it down and tweaked the seat frame. Less than 200 miles on the bike

Gas tank has a ding on the upper right corner(see picture). Inside of tank has light rust. There is a crack in the left side of the windscreen, see picture. As far as the condition goes it is very nice for the year. It has a new battery, Carbs where cleaned, And the gas tank flushed. Tires do have Dry Rot from sitting so should be replaced
