Mileage indicated on the speedo is not correct nor do i know the actual miles.. The chrome is in pretty good shape but has some pitting on the rims, chain guard, and left exhaust pipe. Newer paint on tank and side covers. The knee guards on the tank are new ($12) but i damaged one a little installing them. New tires, last plated in 2014

This xxxx bsa 650 lightning is an exquisite motorcycle. It was recently released from its original owner who has babied it all of its life including an apparent paint restoration 15 years ago. It has been lightly ridden and always garaged. This bsa has been polished and tuned. It is ready for the next owner to take a ride or to take out for a judging by the experts. It has a clean california title and a current registration. A true investment for the future, a similar model sold at the auction in vegas xxxx for $20,000 plus 15% premium. 11,984 showing on a working clock. Paint is of very high quality. Believed to be a repaint of the tank and body panels. Great product and application. Sheet metal is original, perfectly fitting and trimmed. New battery has been installed and the carbs cleaned and serviced. The engine runs smooth and the transmissions shifts smoothly. Rims are high quality chrome with stainless spokes. Tires are more modern than original. Dunlop 120/90 v 18 on the rear and dunlop 100/90 v 19 on the front. Tires should be changed out to allow maximum performance of this machine.
