Absolutely the finest in existence! This very rare 1949 triumph 2000 roadster has never been seen in public. From the factory, it is an all aluminum body, tube frame, model 2000 [2. 1 liter] painted in it's original green. Purchased from a widow in arizona 8 years ago with the promise that the car would be restored to the utmost quality standards. This car is fast, lightweight and is completely trimmed in the finest leather. The crate had never been opened. Restoration costs alone topped $125,000. It's starts up immediately and runs flawlessly benefiting from a completely rebuilt motor. Yes, all the gauges and lights work. Mascot does not accompany purchase, but an extensive document collection does. Including the original owner's manual, wiring diagrams, original photos and 3-ring binders full of proper restoration guides from the triumph roadster club. The engine compartment is filled with all of the the factory original tools, jack and handle, tire pump, grease gun, original hand crank, extra petrol can, oiler, etc. All of which remain un-restored with the perfect patina. The triumph 200 roadster is the world's last rumble seat automobile [referred to as the dickie seats]. They are also trimmed in matching leather and have chromed plated elaborate hinges. Yes the semiphores [turn signals] work. In fact they are nos. I still have the paint code and some extra paint. The color is a 1957-59 reutter-bodied porsche color called auratium green; which is almost an exact color match to the triumph's factory green and is quite striking. I did leave an area of the original paint untouched inside the gas cap door for comparison should a judge ever want proof of the correct color. The new owner will absolutely want to join the club. They are a great group. Additional facts: the entire body is aluminum wrapped around a wooden sub-structure; with the exception of the front fenders which are steel. All the body panels are 'factory'. The floors are wooden as well. The dash board is veneered with many coats of high gloss varnish done by one of the best wood finishers on the country. The entire car is leather, even the door panels which utilize three different leathers. The door panels are a work of art in themselves. Since this was a frame-off restoration; every nut and bolt has been re-finished or replaced. I only own the finest cars in the the world, and this car is no exception.

This incredible 1964 triumph tr-4 was bought new at university triumph wa in june of 1964. It was adored and lovingly cared for more than 50 years by william weiss until he sadly died in late 2014 during that half a century of loving ownership william put only 68,000 original miles on the car. Other than driving to and from shipping trucks all of the original 68,000 miles have been put on this car by william. This tr4 was garage kept and meticulously maintained. William’s wife struggled with what to do with the car and decided to put it up for sale. She realized that william would have wanted it to be lovingly owned by a new a family who would take care of it and appreciate it. She sold the car to a local dealer (brad hallock) who recognized how special this car truly was in february 2015. It is now time to find it a good home and tell its great story in accordance with william’s wishes. The car comes with amazing documentation and maintenance records since new as well as a letter from the previous owner’s wife certifying the cars original miles. Though obviously loved this tr-4 was definitely driven by william. The car was driven on family trips and to work on good days. William’s wife confirmed that the car was never raced although during the first 6 years of its life, william did attend various scca races as a spectator where he displayed the car. He proudly made record of this on a metal display in the trunk. The car came from the factory in the very rare black over black leather interior combination. Please see the attached triumph heritage certificate. William did give the car a high quality repaint some point in its life. Otherwise this car is completely original and looks amazing. The body is very straight and shows no signs of damage. Doors, hood, fenders and trunk fit wonderfully. The glass is original and the chrome and bright work is in amazing shape for their age. The interior is a real time capsule. The leather seats show no rips or tears and look great. The wood dash is original and in excellent condition. The steering wheel is crack free. The door cards, carpet and trunk area are in outstanding shape as well. The cars gauges works as they should, the radio turns on but does not play. The soft top was replaced in 1974. The 2138 cc motor runs starts first time every time and runs like a swiss watch. The engine bay is clean and tidy and it is clear that it has run this way since new. The transmission shifts smoothly and the car is a pleasure to drive in town and at highway speeds. Braking is excellent and the car has nearly new michelin tires and spare. The original wire wheels look great and are well balanced. The car comes with its original owner’s manual, original tools, keys and wire wheel spare. This car needs a complete restoration, however the floor pans and frame rails are solid just surface rust as far as I can tell and I have included pictures. It will need quarter patch panels, rocker panels (included not installed) one small patch left upper tail (very small) and one small spot on the windshield frame. The Left door could be repaired but easier to replace with used the right door is good but needs hinges
