Dove gray with red interior. One of the nicest and hard to find color combination. Almost new paint job, rubber seals, new soft top, soft top frame sandblasted and painted before installing the new canvas. Front and rear end have being completely rebuilt. Brakes, brakes lines, gas lines, suspension, u-joints, muffler, etc, etc. The frame looks like new! No rust, no repairs, no welding, nothing. Extra clean frame & body. Car runs very nice & very strong. Good brakes, good clutch, almost new tires. Perfect & true wire wheels. Perfect transmission, no grinding nor weird noises at all. A very nice and better kept mga 1600 , ready to go anywhere. Excellent oil pressure.

The car actually has an early MGB head because the original head was cracked and my mechanic noticed that an MGB had the same head gasket as an MGA which meant that an MGB head would fit. I rarely drive it in the rain “on purpose” ;-) The odometer when I bought it in ’81 was 72K, and now it says 90k but I do not know how accurate that is. The was engine rebuilt in 1992 and when properly tuned it up it will really fly: it will redline in 4th going uphill Tachometer
