Seller's comments and description: isetta 300 deluxe is an outstanding and completely restored example of the classic german-spec export isetta. With its unique front door, its 'egg' shape body, and its "massive" 300cc/13hp motor with 4-speed manual gearbox, this is a classic micro car. The paint and interior are gorgeous. The car received a complete mechanical overhaul with the intention of keeping everything correct and original. All mechanical components have been checked and/or disassembled or rebuilt. The car shifts through the gears correctly and it stops properly. It has the very cool canvas sunroof! Details makemodelyearconditioncolor bmw isetta 300 1959 used red contact seller. This vehicle was found in Moore, OK, after the devastating tornadoes in May of 2013.. The Isetta is powered by the larger 298cc engine backed by a 4-speed transmission. The body was completely sound-proofed and the engine and transmission were totally rebuilt
This Classic BMW Isetta 300 can’t run from it’s charismatic lines, but this build did achieve a few very different things, among them- a distinct metallic ‘Champagne’ color finish, with matching interior. Nothing left to chance, this build started with bare frame off powder coating throughout, and a total rebuild of the engine and transmission by Isetta master-mechanic Bill Rogers. Dynamat shielding for heat and sound throughout, new rubbers & felts were used for door and window openings
Finished in its original Feather White, With Blue/Gray interior, to exacting original specifications. Runs, drives and looks as one would have of the the showfloor in 1959. Complete motor rebuilt at the time of restoration as well
