I recently retired and have decided to sell off some of my vintage carcollection. For sale is a frame off rotisserie restored AMX that I've owned for over 21years now. The attention to detail and dedication to originality was the done to thehighest standard in the AMC world. It has the striking color combo of FrostWhite w/Red vinyl factory stripe and Red Leather bucket seat interior. This isan original Factory Go-Pack car which included the functional Ram Air set up,power 4 piston disc brakes and the locking differential. This car is alloriginal with the original factory "born with" 390 Ram Air engine, Borg Warnerautomatic transmission and the AMC posi-traction 3:15 rear end. The originalcarburetor was restored by Jon Hargrove aka "The Carb Doctor". All bodyrestoration & paint work was professionally done by TCR Custom in Sanford, NC. The car runs excellent and has virtually no miles since being restored. Ipurchased this car as a barn find in 1996 with 58,699 original miles (currentmileage) and it had been in storage for a long time. I had always loved the AMX2 seat muscle cars and this was a perfect car to restore as it was a completeoriginal running car with minimal rust. The body was acid dipped to remove allof the old paint and rust of which the rust was very minor. The body panels suchas quarter panels doors, hood and one fender are the original to the car. Onefender was replaced from a fender bender early in it's life. All componentswere rebuilt & restored to factory specs. The body and paint work are showquality.

This is a rare cordoba brown 1969 amc amx 390 4 spd. With power steering, power brakes (front disc), tilt wheel, reclining seat, and 3. 50 rear axle ratio, not an a/c car. The car is in very good condition inside and out. This car is fun to drive and a real head turner! Less than 4,000 miles put on this car in the last 9 years. Many extra parts are included such as original tech service manuals, the glove box amc service tip book and a build sheet, which appears to be original, original am radio, tire jack, rear drums and the kits for each wheel and some other front end parts, bushings and other miscellaneous bits and pieces. Rare and desirable 1969 amx 390 4sp. Gopac hunter green with tan interior. Car has been sitting inside for decades. Body is super solid but did get some small patches in the floor done before it was taken off the road. Only unaddressed issue is some perforation in one fender trough. All glass is present and good. Original to car 390 with 1970 dog leg heads. Engine was built to run a turbo and has 7. 1 pistons. The cam that was chosen was too big for the turbo and only was run for a short time. The engine was stored incorrectly and took on some water. It is going to need a rebuild. T10 close ratio 4 speed with a scattershield and a 3:54/1 posi in the rear. Power brake car with original calipers. Headliner is good but the rest of the interior needs attention. Grille is repairable.

Pleased to offer this texas solid amx javelin project car that is very rare and loaded with factory options. This includes a 401 c. D matching number v-8, shift command 3-speed automatic transmission, air-conditioning, power steering and power front-disc brakes. Best of all, this example decodes as a "brougham" package with vinyl roof and opera windows. Finished in it's factory original cordoba brown paint without a rust bubble in sight. Solid floor pan, inner and outer rocker panels, trunk rails and trunk pan. Ran when parked in 2005, so we believe very little would be required to get this rare car up and running. Engine turns freely. Good glass all the way around, and most trim items are present. Rare, heavily optioned and priced to sell. This vehicle will be sold with bill of sale only with proper identification from seller, no title. Last titled and registered in texas and this makes it a much easier process. Sure to appreciate in value, low production numbers and lots of options makes for a sound investment.
