Bike comes with transferable registration and yes the tank and side panels are from a 74 rd350. The ignition and gas cap were near 500$ alone. Mechanically, it starts on the first kick and everything works including the lights, turn signals, horn, speedo, tach, brakes, and clutch. The paint looks awesome but there is one small blemish in the repaint down low on the brake side of the bike (see pics). The bike comes with all brand extra all new OEM cables, brand new period correct tires, a perfect muffler without the baffle (the current muffler has the baffle still installed), a shop manual, and many other small parts too numerous to mention
