The wheels have recently been trued, front and rear brake lines flushed and bled, new rubber brake lines, carbs cleaned and tuned, gaskets replaced, new plugs and a new battery. The hi to low beam switch is broken off, but the lights work by usi. The gas tank has blemishes and dents as the bars have hit it and dented that area with the controls

The bike has 200 mile days on it, and I have put 1000 issueless miles on her. I did a full service tune up with all new fluids and plugs, new battery, good tires, a brand new set of Amal 930 Premier Carburetors, new fork seals, and have rode it for half the season. I got this bike with 7500 miles on it, non-running

It has had a recent professional service (carbs cleaned, valves adjusted, etc.) and starts on the first or second kick from cold every time. I love this bike and wish i didn't have to let it go, but circumstances dictate. The next best thing will be to see it go to someone who will love it.

Up for Auction is a 1978 Triumph T140D (purchased in 1978 so the title is 1978 but is a 1979 Model built in Jan 1979) The Bike Starts on the 1st kick (most of the time) Runs and Stops - It is a Very Original Bike with the original Paint and Pin Stripping - Its a great survivor Lester Mags were correct for the T140D as well as most everything I can tell on the bike - even the 5 Speed sticker on the rear fender and the stickers under the seat are original

I., I just changed the clutch drivers, tires look very good, all fluids are fresh, and has a Triumph back rest that I removed but will come with it. He told me he bought is almost new from a triumph dealership and the miles are original and I beleive it. 6867 original miles

I am always available by mail at: savannasppacini@elvisfans. Com . Engine starts easily, drives nice and shifts well however its begun to miss-fire. May need tune up or more. Mileage is currently 123,537. Installed parts and upgrades:external oil line to top end. Trf borg beck clutch kit w/upgraded throw out bearing and lock pin. Trf rear coil springs (street upgrade-not race), solved the factory weak spring bounce. New rear lever shocks (good originals included). Carbs: maintained with new parts. No leaks, work fine. Brake system maintained and bled. New caliper pistons, some new lines, good pads. New brake master cylinder. Air deflector at radiator. New upper steering column bushes. Radial inner tubes in fair michelin red line tires. New windscreen and seal. Correct seat rebuild with new diaphragms and foam. Fuzzy window seals and door seals. New door crash pads. 2015 pertronix electric ignition. 2015 new cobalt high tension leads and lucas sport coil. Weiand air cleaners. Also original air cleaner assembly. Heater shut off valve. Poly transmission tunnel cover. New exra parts:uninstalled correct robbins top (black) with reflective stripe correct for tr250. Uninstalled hood-stick cover. Black with white piping. Top parts include webbing, side front and rear seals. Snaps, rivets, washers, pads, screws at rear deck angle (for top). Seal, soft top to windscreen. Seal windscreen frame to body. Radiator hoses, misc. Oil filter cartridge. New water pump-unopened, (current one works). Poly bush kit upper a arms. Steering bellows at steering rack. Other parts:jack and handle. Five original rostyle hubcaps, nice fit. Original am radio worked a few years ago now does not. One original speaker not mounted. Two modern speakers mounted in rear cabin panel. Good convertible top frame. Haan hardtop from the 1970's is one of the best and rare. Manuals: bentley factory manual, haynes, autobook manual, owners manual.
