Selling my 1983 kawasaki kz1100 a3 shaft motorcycle. Bike has been exceptionally well cared for and has always been stored inside. I also have an adjustable sissy bar with pad that mounts to the luggage rack. All keys for vetter trunk, bags and fairing work. Even with the vetter pieces, this bike is scary fast, cannot imagine what it would be like without all of the vetter stuff on it, it is like a rocket! I have the original owners manual for it, also. Bike is turn-key, as in turn the key... Title in hand.$500. 00 deposit due at auction end. I would facilitate shipment of this bike anywhere in the world, i. This is my bike for sale.. it is a great bike with six speeds, belt drive and good power.... I have just finished up a restore on this bike it was my winter project.... here's what I have done... led headlight, new battery, new brake pads up front shoes in rear, rebuilt master cylinder rebuilt front caliper with new synthetic fluid, fresh front fork fluid change and spring inspection, fresh motor oil change with new filter, aftermarket oil pressure gauge installed, intake and exhaust valves adjusted to factory specs, cleaned carbs, new carb o-rings, new carb boots, new fuel diaphragm, new NGK spark plugs, new fuel lines, new vacuum lines, new hand grips, new passenger foot pegs as well as new saddle bags.... new dunstall exhaust pipes... includes original factory tool kit and owners manual...

Seller's Comments and Description: Is all original and presentable. Waxes to a nice shine and has minimal chips and scratches. No fade to speak of. The tank has a very shallow quarter sized indent in the white part of the RH tank decal, under the emblem, that will not show up in photos. It could very well be fixed with the old hair dryer trick. And there is a very small scratch touched up on the top of the tank and a small ding , near the seat that is also too small to show up in photo. RH side cover has a chip at the very top of the cover. This side cover decal has a couple flaws as well. The decal on the fairing has a few white speckles from age. There is no rust in gas tank or on bottom of gas cap. Please review pictures closely. Just don't want to surprise anyone expecting NOS bodywork. Frame and engine: Have original glossy finish. General lack of corrosion anywhere points to a well cared for and garaged bike over it's lifetime. Engine finish looks fantastic! The RH side of the swing arm has some paint releasing where some brake fluid got to it. Is all original and presentable. Waxes to a nice shine and has minimal chips and scratches. shaft drive. Actual current mileage is 5,158 (I will continue to ride occasionally until sold). Mechanically overhauled by Nashville Motorcycle Repair in April 2016 (receipts available) and runs good. Hole in gas tank (from long storage) repaired with Caswell Epoxy by Nashville Motorcycle Repair. New tires. Not great cosmetically. Rust on pipes and various other parts including some on front fender. Built for leaded gas but seems to run best on 93 octane. Fun little bike! Additional pictures available for serious inquiries.. I have checked the carburetor float levels, put a re-built kit in the petcock, replaced the VERY spongy front brake lines with steel braided ones (I would rather be able to stop than be concerned about the hoses being non-stock), bled all the brakes, replaced the spark plugs, and put a Barnett clutch in it
