Recently I put over $800 in the engine replacing the timing chain, idlers, tensioners, and ignition coils. The color is the most desired color; Black with Gold pin stripe. The paint is in perfect condition (show qua. I have only seen 2 of these sell on E-bay over the last 2 years in this condition and one sold for $8,100 and the other for $7,200. The bike is all original except the exhaust which is the 4-1 Vance Hines; Sounds amazing. This bike is in excellent condition

This bike has been in storage for several years, in my living room, it has been kept running, although not rode much, the motorcycle has 36,000 miles, but the bike does have a rebuilt performance KZ 1000 engine on it currently, with only a couple thousand miles on it since the rebuild. I had The tank, side covers, and tailpiece repainted in the original diamond dark green color, and had the pinstriping redone with factory authorize reproduction pinstriping, and new locking gas cap, I bought and had a new seat installed. All of the chrome is original and in very good original condition still bright and reflective, although it does have some pitting in various places
