To start with, the engine had been totally rebuilt (fresh bore job, new piston and rings, clutch and transmission totally gone through and adjusted, all new seals and gaskets, carb rebuilt, etc) by a factory trained Honda mechanic with over 50 years of experience. I had it in storage for several years with drained carb and stabilizer in the tank, and it started ON THE SECOND KICK

His motorcycle is in amazing shape, the plastic and vinyl does not have dry rot or any major damage on the bike itself. The clutch and brake handles are a little loose and may need to be replaced, but they work!!. This was a very clean barn find in a climate controlled building in Nebraska

I am still digging through boxes trying to find a Honda cap The gas tank is pretty clean on inside and have no problems with it. the paint is faded and the rest of the bike has pitting in places but is in good condition for a bike 42 years old. The left engine cover that I order last year said it fit the 76 XR75 it does but not all the mounting holes line up
