With a SOHC engine, 8000 miles, and all parts accounted for, it's the most original SOHC I've seen in awhile around here that hasn't been chopped or cafe'd or other nonsense done to it. Otherwise the headers and mufflers are very nice and will clean up great. Here's the "bad" first: -While the exhausts are in good condition with only some light rust and pitting in places (no holes have been found and I have not thoroughly cleaned them), a small battery acid discoloration section on the left inner pipe, someone has gutted the baffles out

I'm selling this beauty for the original owner who purchased it new in 1978. The gentleman had purchased this as a second bike and rarely rode it. Its been sitting in the garage since the early 1980's. I have not done a thing to this bike. I wanted to leave it untouched so that the new owners can choose to restore this as they please. I am very particular myself and i thought it would be better off as is and in the hands of a collector or honda expert. The motorcycle kicks through and has good compression. Its showing signs of age on the outside but i think is worthy of a refurbishment. This bike has been sitting since the early 80's so assume it needs restoration.

The engine was completely torn down; all worn parts were replaced including transmission gears, clutch, pistons, cam. Less than 500 miles on the restoration. New wheels and tires. The frame was stripped and powder coated. This bike had a complete frame off restoration completed in 2016. Professionally painted gas tank like new inside

This all original 1978 honda cb750-k motorcycle runs solid, looks great. Condition is everything with these style motorcycles. The tank and other bodyworks look near showroom condition for age of motorcycle. All of the electrical works like new. New battery and clean connections. The tires and tubes are quite recent and have a lot of life remaining. Recently the bike has been fully serviced with a full carburetor clean & synch, cam chain tensioned, points/timing/valves adjusted, oil & filter changed, and new spark plugs for complete tune-up. This cycle runs, shifts, and stops smoothly with all components in working order. Clear title ready to be transferred. This motorcycle runs solid, looks superb, and is road ready. This is a 40 year anniversary classic. The bike has just over 13,200 miles and has clear south dakota title. Complete and all original 99%, includes original owner’s manual. All the gauges, lights and horn work 100%. Idle setting can vary on cold days. The fenders are in great shape with no dents and shiny chrome. All 4 mufflers are oem originals, and lower pipes have 2 small holes. I have available a oem year sissy bar, oem year luggage rack, new. The paint does have a few small scratches on the tank as well as the two side covers which also have unnoticeable cracks. Frame has some oem touch-up paint matched.
