I replaced the rear tire (Dunlop Q3, front is Q2, very sticky), chain, sprockets, and brake pads. I added a header from CBR900RR for lightweight single sided exhaust. 2004 model of the 919 was first year with adjustable suspension, a big complaint with the earlier years
