The carburetor is a bendix that has been modified to have no choke and the bowl overflow sealed to keep gas off of the engine (don't worry it cranks right up with no problems). Bike has electric and kick start capability. This has been placed in a period Santee frame that from what I was told has been treated so it will not rust even without paint (sat for a few years not painted no rust)
