(Not sure of their age, as they were on the bike when l purchased it a few years ago.) Tires have maybe 500 miles of wear on them, and the bike was freshly tuned three weeks ago by a certified HD mechanic. Tires are a matched set of Michelin Pilot Sports with plenty of tread front and rear. This motorcycle is basically stock, except for some bolt-on goodies such as the reusable/washable spin-on oil filter with integral cooling fins (very trick, see pics!), a carbon fiber air cleaner cover, a carbon fiber rear fender, the free breathing high performance exhaust, and the left side bar-end handlebar mirror with the lever trimmed to clear it

2000 Buell X1 Lightning Motorcycle 1203cc V-twin (Harley 1200 sportster engine block) Engine runs good with low miles for the year model and was just tuned and worked on by Southern Cycles. It had the rear trunk space removed when I purchased the bike (see photos) and has a bolt and set of washers that lock down the seat extremely secu. I never replaced it because it would be eliminated with an aftermarket performance exhaust, which I plan on doing if I keep it. It needs an exhaust actuator. Check engine light is on
