Engine was volvo's answer to the mercedes 250 and the jaguar xj6. This is a very fun car to drive and this motor in this car gives it quite a bit of power. This car fires up and runs great. Wow i dont know what kind of tweaks but wow... That's very cool in a car like this. It is a very unique gold copperish color. Very cool to see the original paint in this good of condition and this well kept. The body is very straight. There are minimal scratches and dings on the car. The chrome and the trim are in great shape except for a couple of dings in the trim. I like the big grill with the round headlights. It gives the front end a very cool look. I have the factory hubcaps that are a two piece with center cap and chrome ring. The center caps are in great shape and on the car but the beauty rings are pretty beat up and i only have 3 of them so i left them off the car. Also has a nice set of tires with plenty of tread left. This is a 1 owner car the interior is just as clean as can be in this car. It has the black leather seats that look great and are in really good condition. The don't show hardly any wear at all. The carpets are dark brown and don't show much wear at all. In fact the odometer has worked since i have had it i would guess from the shape of pedals wheel etc it has 85k or so. The dash and door panels are just in exquisite shape. That is how clean this car is. It does have factory a/c that does blow cold but may need recharged at some point. 1980 Volvo 264 GLE Here is a rare Volvo 264GLE with the PRV engine. It has the 2.7L PRV engine in it which is a collaboration motor that Peugeot, Renault, and Volvo all went in on. It is a powerful motor and was only put in certain car. This is a 1 Owner Car and has low miles at 113K Original. This car spent most of it's life in Europe and was a Special Ordered Diplomat Car. The previous owner kept all the manuals and even filled out all the mileage and locations. He even had all the service manuals for the car which is very cool but these do not go with the car. The car is very fun to drive and just cruises down the road. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the car inside and out and even take it on a test drive. It is silver in color and has a very nice shine to it. It is starting to fade on the top surfaces but nothing major and the car still looks great. All of the chrome and trim are very nice and clean on the car and the chrome just shines in the sun. It has a very nice set of Aftermarket Factory 15" Volvo Wheels on it which I'm not sure if came on the car or were added afterwards. Either way the look great. It has a very nice set of Pirelli Tires that are fairly new and I would say have about 90% tread left. These are very nice tires that have a lot of miles left on them and even still have the titties on the side. It has the black leather interior that goes very well with the exterior. It has the real leather seats that are in very good condition and just need some conditioning. The front seats look great and there is just a couple small cracks on the seams of the drivers seat. These can be easily fixed. The back seats look great and don't look like they got sat in much. The carpets are in the same great condition. The previous owner kept all the manuals and records possible. It has a nice Aftermarket Pioneer CD Player installed in it as well.
