My first car was a TR7 and for many years I owned a 1980 TRIUMPH TR7 SPIDER that was the VTR national champion - thus I am well versed in these cars. The later cars also had a nicer interior of blue or tan suede as opposed to the "tacky" tartan plaid offerings of the earlier cars.
