Carpets are protected with factory mats The red-lettered instrument cluster isdominated by a large center-mounted tach with a built-in indicator for active center differential mode. Just under 23k miles areindicated on the odometer. The 4G63 2.0L turbocharged and features MIVEC variable intake valve timing and is paired to a5-speed manual transmission. With initial factory ratings of 287 horsepower and289 lb. of torque, the Evo IX was capable of sub-4.5 second 0-60 times andhigh 12s in the quarter mile. A timing belt and water pump change was performedin 2012 due to common “bracket rub,” which was remedied with an updated OEMpart. No outstanding mechanical issues are present according to the seller, andthe engine bay remains clean with its factory strut brace. An aftermarketbattery has been fitted The 5-speed manual has a fresh OEM clutch and sendspower to an active center differential.
