This gorgeous driver has completed its mechanical restoration in 2015, and the speedometer was newly rebuilt in 2016. A new mgb 1800 cc engine was installed in 2014, and has less than 4,400. Also, a b 3. 9 rear end was added, an aluminum custom built competition radiator, five blade fan with an electric fan back-up, oil cooler, and fan shroud were installed as part of the mechanical work. Brakes and tyres are fairly new, and the spare is brand new. The interior has a burled walnut dashboard and wooden steering wheel. There is an under dashboard radio with a cd player, dual 12 volt battery compartment with external charging terminals and a kill switch. The seat cushions are new, and the black leather interior is in good condition. The mohair convertible top is new, and has three windows with a zippered rear window. The tonneau cover and side curtains are in good condition. I am moving and unfortunately cant take this car with me. CD Player

It gets a lot of looks and comments. The mga has won a couple of trophies at local car shows. The top is a custom build with a zippered rear window. The towel in the photo covers the window to keep from scratching it. Every part was inspected and replaced or refurbished to new or better specifications where warrantied. The motor was rebuilt by previous owner. It was tested for leak down and compression. It maintains 65 lbs or greater oil pressure while cruising at 3000 rpm. The frame was media blasted and coated with por15. All other body parts where media blasted and under-coated with raptor tint-able urethane where required. Paint is a british racing green with a 9 out of 10 score. Some minor rock chips from driving. Safety upgrades include the following. Upgraded safety restraints from lap belt to 3 point retractable. Upgraded braking system includes a single line brake servo booster for improve pedal feel and stopping power. Upgraded steel brake lines to copper nickel brake lines. These will never rust. 1957 mg mga 1500 2-door roadstera 2 year frame off sebring style restoration completed in 2015. Every item is either new or refurbished to new standards. All parts where media blasted. The frame is coated with por15 and body undercoated with raptor tintable urethane. I would rate the paint as 8 or 9 out of 10. A few touched up paint chips here and there and door sill area . The front fender welting could be better. I have new welting from a well known british restorer that is exact duplicate of original and much better then the well know vendors sales here in the states. The motor is a mgb 1800 3 main engine and 3 syncro 4 speed transmission and sports a 391 differential gear for highway cruising. The motor was rebuilt by the previous owner. I verified by compression and leak down testing. Other modifications are as follows. 3 point retractable seat beltsprotronix electronic ignition module and sport coil. Brakes are drum assisted by a single line brake servo booster . Two ato fuse panels replaced the troublesome lucas designed 2 fuse module. Included schematic of the rewire for the technical guys. New style nippondenso 5840115 starter. Leather Seats
