This is a one owner one driver car. This car was ordered while the owner was stationed in korea. It was purchased through the armed forces car network. The car is complete with every option that was available. The paint is all original canyon red. The motor is the first production of the 5. 0 fuel injected option and t-5 transmission. The interior is special ordered for this model, charcoal gray with red piping. The car was ordered with t-tops, electric windows and the ford gt handling package. This was the last year the 1986 mercury capri fox body was built. This car has been driven on the auto-bon in germany and across the u. Washington state is where this car has been parked in a warm garage. This car was a daily driver (only sunny days) and maintained by me to very high standards. Oil changes completed every 3,000 miles and a new clutch installed at 50,000 miles. The starter and water pump were just replaced. The air intake is an add-on and the plugs and plug wires are new. 1986 mercury capri 5. 0 v8 mustang gtthis capri is in phenomenal condition. It was restored to new factory condition if not better condition. It runs and drives like the day it was new if not even better. It is like this car came straight out of a time capsule!!!! Everything works in the car just as it should. This capri has been loaded with many new parts such as:~new jasper engine with only 1,100 miles (sticker in pictures)~a reconditioned 93 mustang gt borg & warner t5 transmission~new polyurethane transmission and motor mounts installed~all new door seals were installed throughout the vehicle~new clutch and flywheel~new tires~new brakes~new exhaust from front to back~new shocks~new headlineronly upgraded modifications done to the car are a bbk cold air intake and a cd player installedthe body of this capri is in excellent condition with no rust at all and brand new paint. It also has a sunroof that will also come with the sunroof bag. There was a mclaren wing installed on the car as well. The air conditioning in this car works as it should and blows cold.
