In the late summer of 2016 it was diagnosed with terminal rot in the driver's side A pillar, compromising the integrity of the unibody, and we've finally given up on it. The terminal issue was discovered as we were trying to sort out a puzzling mystery with the power steering, which is way too heavy on on side.
