One of only 1219 Broncos built in 1981 with the Chromatic (reflective) Tape Stripe option (most will recognize the '79 models with teh chromatic stripes, but the '81 models were much, much less common). The 81 versions of these stripes did not hold up to the sun as well as the '79s, most of the 81s I find are very faded. I'm an aficionado for the '81 Broncos optioned with this stripe package, and have been hunting them for a few years
It's a Mazda based motor that Ford added into their vehicle 2.0L with a 4speed manual transmission Has around 98000 miles replaced the water pump Drove this truck back and forth to base with no overheating problems Will need the normal TLC due to its age. Comes with extra wheels and a roll bar ( shown in the picture ) I will throw in brand new motor mounts. I found out that the bolt broke off the transmission mount bracket, so I was unable to replace the mount
