This is one cool hot rod that's been extremely well built. A guy built this car and showed it at the World of Wheels in 1959. He sold the car and lost touch with it. 35 years later he bought the car back. He completely restored it and showed it at the World of Wheels again in 2009, 50 years later! Only 100 miles since done. Its blacked out, slammed down and bad ass looking. The attention to detail is very impressive. The underside and frame are just as smooth and glossy as the body! Even the welds on the frame have been ground smooth. Frame is raised front and back to lower the car. Everything is carefully and neatly installed. Has tubular front and rear suspension. Coil over shocks in back. Disc brakes in front with polished calipers. Has blacked out Cragar wheels with new vintage Firestone tires. The motor is automotive art with the 6 carbs, black headers and old school distributor. It has what looks like a vintage Vertex magneto, it's actually and electronic distributor. Has Offenhauser intake with 6 carbs, currently runs on the 2 center carbs for reliability. Mechanics are completely rebuilt including the 327 motor. Interior is very clean and simple. Ignition, lights, horn are hidden. Has a Model T detachable steering wheel wrapped in leather, Lokar shifter and SW gauges. This is rolling art! The history of the car is that it was taken out of the barn and given to the local museum for display use. This unique eye catcher has that original stance and does have a small bit of wear and tear along with the original patina. Underneath, it's a lot more durable than it looks and it appears that this is a very solid, clean original car
I bought this vehicle with the intention of adding to my collection because I'm into classic cars, I'm trying to sell a few of my cars because I sold my building and don’t want to leave them outside. I tried to sell it on Copart but this vehicle is a classic clean vehicle and they have a salvage yard so it's not the best place to sell this vehicle there. I have been with EBay for several years and I want to keep my reputation with EBay at 100%

1925 ford model t runabout roadster gorgeous professional nut and bolt restoration! Its paint and trim are in nearly excellent condition thanks to a full professional restoration and the car still retains its steel body and fenders. The windshield, which is horizontally split, is in very good order. The cars lights are in good shape, as are the cowl lights, which are shaped like a pair of lanterns. All of the body panels are in great shape, solid and straight. The roadsters black folding roof glistens in the light. The engine bay is in good shape and the front bumper looks excellent. The running boards are in excellent condition. Inside, the black bench seat is excellent while the floor beneath the driver and passenger has a black rubberized floor mat. The inner door panels and shift lever are in good shape. The model t's transmission was controlled with three foot pedals and a lever that was mounted to the road side of the driver's seat. Thethrottlewas controlled with a lever on thesteering wheel. The left pedal was used to engage the gear. With the floor lever in either the mid position or fully forward and the pedal pressed and held forward the car entered low gear. When held in an intermediate position the car was in neutral. If the left pedal was released, the model t entered high gear, but only when the lever was fully forward in any other position the pedal would only move up as far as the central neutral position. This allowed the car to be held in neutral while the driver cranked the engine by hand. The car could thus cruise without the driver having to press any of the pedals. There was no separateclutch pedal. When the car was in neutral, the middle pedal was used to engage reverse gear, and the right pedal operated the transmission brake there were no separate brakes on the wheels. The floor lever also controlled theparking brake, which was activated by pulling the lever all the way back. This doubled as an emergency brake. Body changes to the 1923 tin lizzie included the taper of the hood was increased and the rear section at the firewall is about an inch taller and several inches wider than the previous design. Competition to this ford in 1925 included chevrolets superior series k roadster, oaklands sport roadster and dodges sports roadster. It is sold as is, where is, on a clean and clear, mileage exempt title.
