It's a 2001, so it's not the most modern body/style. And I've never had any transmission issues with it either. But the engine runs great. It's had extensive work done to it, and has a new Rebuilt/Restored title on it

It's a great car for someone who is okay with driving a manual.. There are some small dings and scratches on the body but the interior is good. The bumpers have some paint damage because of sitting for so long but other than that there's nothing major wrong

Mechanics special* selling my 2001 ford focus. This car has been very good to me but i've ran into a couple mechanical problems that are too expensive for me to have fixed and that i don't have the experience to do myself. The value of this car really comes from the new remanufactored engine that i had put in last year. (i have the receipt) the engine was put in with 128,119 miles so it only has 7,000 miles on it. The car passed safety and emissions the end of dec 2016. It's in good condition as far as the exterior and interior go, as seen in the pictures. I have a print out from viking automotive of the recent diagnostic test of the problems the car is having. - the front two struts w/coil springs have broken somewhere in the assembly. It still drives but rides very rough on the front end as far as suspension goes. Recently started making a loud metal clunking noice when turning the steering column right at a slow speed. (the noise comes from the coil) - another issue found was that the back right wheel bearing is failing and causing issues with the drum brake shoe. Like i said, this car is great besides those mechanical problems that anyone with a decent knowledge of car mechanics should be able to fix. That's why i'm selling it at $1500 obo with a new engine that should last a long time. Call or text me with questions. 801-867-7921.
