It is not a convertible since it has side curtains instead of roll-up windows. There were 5420 of these made in 1949. This car was restored by a museum and i purchased it when they had to make room for other exhibits. It is excellent condition and starts, runs, and drives well. There is no rust that i can find except for minor surface rust mainly on the exhaust system. The paint is in good condition with a few minor dings not visible until inspected closely. The upholstery is like new and the top is in good condition. The side curtains are new plexiglass with no scratches. The windshield is new with no defects whatsoever. A top quality car cover is included.

1949 dodge power wagon - ocala, flfor sale by ownerocala, fl 34470ph: 9044259541web: www. My love for power wagons began in the mid 50's, growing up in rural colorado, when these trucks were truly necessary to complete difficult chores over challenging terrain. I bought my first power wagon when i was just 13 years old, for around one hundred dollars. My 1946 had lived a typical life for these trucks, with the battle scars to show for it. That first non-running truck was hauled home by my pal's draft horse, with the reins being controlled through the tilt-out windshield (i wish i had a smart phone with a camera then to prove it, like every other 13 year old now)!
