Engine is a six cylinder overhead valve producing 81 h. Three speed floor mounted non synchronous transmission. Good clutch operation. Vehicle runs, drives, steers and brakes perfectly with the following work completed since i owned it. Brake and steering adjustments. Changed all fluids including steering, differential, transmission oil and oil filter. Grease all fittings. Removed head and had six new exhaust valves installed and had the head magnafluxed. Intake valves were ok. New head gasket and new head bolts. Engine compression is in the 80's and normal. Valves have been adjusted to spec. Installed a good exhaust manifold with no cracks and new gaskets. New valve cover gasket. New plugs, distributor cap, rotor, points and condenser. Installed a 6 volt electric fuel pump near fuel tank. Removed the radiator and had a new core installed. Buick has the upgrade wire wheels for all six wheels. Original wheels had wood spokes. Had a carb gasket installed. The carb is the original updraft marvel. Water temperature, oil pressure, generator all working to specifications along with the dash gauges. Fuel tank guage does not work. Battery is a 6 volt napa 7244 and is in good shape. New spark plug wires included but not installed. Radiator thermostat shutters do not work and heat riser and heat control valves are not functional. All lights work(dash, brake, hi/lo beam running and vintage fog lights there is no cabin heater. Since i only drove this vehicle in summer months, i had no need for the aforementioned missing climate functions. Service manual, spec sheet along with a spare exhaust manifold, and any other parts i have on hand will be included with the sale of this rare vehicle.
