Up for sale a late model Austin Healey BJ8 3000. This car comes with the BritishMotor Heritage Certificate showing the car was built 22 December (1966) – 24January 1967. The mileage shows 37795. The body on this car is extremelystraight. It has had an older restoration. The door lines are as they should beand the doors close properly. It has the original black interior in very goodcondition. The door panels have some minor damage and a new set will be providedwith the car. This BJ8 has a nice everflex convertible top and comes also withthe original boot cover and an aftermarket tonneau cover. It has brand new 60spoke chrome wire wheels with 165 x 15 brand new Firestone F-560 radial tires. This Healey has a newly rebuiltoriginal servo, new waterpump, new 6 bladed fan and new hoses. It also has a new high quality chrome emergency brakehandle. This MKIII BJ8 also has new Lucas driving lights that have been properlywired through two relays. I see no rust anywhere on the car body. The originalframe rails are straight. It has one small rust hole above the tailpipes in thetrunk floor. The paint job is several years old but still very respectable. There are a few nick and minor chips in keeping with its age. There is no rustin the fender wells, especially in front of the rear tires. It has Ansa mufflersand regular mild steel resonators, but could use a new set o.

British Racing Green (BRG) is the perfect color for an Austin Healey 3000, as these pictures show! The original owner was from southern California, and I bought it from the second owner in Arizona, so it’s a “desert” car without a spot of rust anywhere. Mechanically it has been maintained perfectly, as the 10 year of service records document. Was repainted just before I bought it in 2007, and a local foreign car expert here in Santa Fe went through a complete mechanical update in 2008: new brake pads & shoes, new drive shaft U-joints, resealed the timing cover, gearbox, & exhaust manifold, new suspension bushings, radiator hoses, etc. Will include the full service receipt details for every year I owned it, including Hemmings’ overly-expensive, extra-Zinc synthetic oil. I only use Ethanol-free gasoline which saves all the original rubber & plastic. Also included is the original owner’s manual, shop manual and a nice collection of magazine articles & publications on the history of this model. This BJ8 is completely stock with many very rare original items including the original tonneau cover & boot, British Motor Corporation AM radio (the local AM music stations suck, but the radio works great), 4-speed trans with electronic Laycock overdrive, telescopic steering wheel, original wood dash, etc. The few non-stock items are: • Electronic ignition system (no more points to adjust) • Chrome spoke wheels (original painted ones are included) • Halogen headlights & parking lights (safety first) • Stainless steel mufflers & exhaust pipes (will never rot) • Extra firewall insulation (gets hot here in the summer) • Multiple-blade radiator fan (ditto) Other than these items, the car is totally original – not a restored re-creation, but completely original. WARRANTY: This vehicle is used, and being sold AS IS, with no warranties, expressed or implied. Good luck bidding on this beauty and I hope whomever wins takes equally good care of it for its next 50 years.

1963 Austin Healy 3000 this was a factory built replica, not a kit car done in a garage. Built by Saxton stock style version (not the flared fenders, custom ext) The car is perfect and runs drives and handles great, it has a full frame with coil suspension front and back so it ride is smooth and clean. it has a 2.8 Ford V6 engine with a 4 speed manual, heat and defrost, wood dash everything works 100%. Roll up windows (rare for a replica) and the nice thing is the way they did the cockpit, im 5 11 and fit great (foot well is deep). This is a rare car built to be driven anywhere. Paint is 100% and under the hood and under the car also.

1966 Austin Healey 3000 MK III with 52,923 miles. This Healey has spentconsiderable time in storage between 1980 and 2016. In 1989, it was purchased bya AH racer, enthusiast, and collector residing in Pebble Beach CA, with theintent of conducting a full restoration on the car . The restoration neveroccurred, and the car remained primarily in storage until 2016 when the ownerliquidated his collection due to health issues. Less than 900 miles have beenput on the car since 1989. This is a well preserved, original( with theexception of the steering wheel), and solid car. Older repaint of the originalBritish Racing Green color. Interior, top, dash, and glass are all in goodcondition with the exception of some cracks in the driver's side wood dash.
