A terrific beach community for a relaxing family vacation! Two-story beach house with 3 large bedrooms containing a total of 5 beds and 1 crib (3 queen beds, 2 double beds and crib), 2 full bathrooms, equipped kitchen, large family room (2 large couches and love sofa), dining area, front porch/deck, 2 cable TV's, DVD, and wireless high speed internet. Ground level laundry room with washer, dryer and a storage area. Enclosed outside shower that feels absolutely great after a day at the beach. It doesn't get any better! Pictures do not reflect fall 2016 improvements including new furniture in all bedrooms, dining table and chairs, granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, fresh paint and beachy décor. Take a deep breath and smell the fresh air. Marvel at the wide beach and gently rolling dunes. Play in warm ocean waters. Enjoy the lack of crowds. Ocean Isle Beach is the way beaches use to be... Uncrowded, Unhurried, Unforgettable and hardly any traffic. The town of Shallotte is five miles away. For those seeking the excitement and hustle-bustle of Myrtle Beach. . . Ground level includes an enclosed outside shower and an enclosed laundry room with washer, dryer and storage area. SECOND FLOOR - two large bedrooms and the second full bathroom. A coworker recommended it to us. We used to vacation at Myrtle Beach and Outer Banks but never again. We haven't stayed in a more comfortable clean house. Awesome location for a family vacation. We slept comfortably 4 adults and 4 children. Lots of room for fun and family meals. Pam and Ron are wonderful. Ocean Isle is GREAT BEACH. As described, the house is across the street from the ocean and a short walk to lots of activities. The house is well maintained and has everything we need. We could not ask for a better place to stay. At first we planned to stay at a house on the beach but we couldn't justify spending 3 times more when this house is so close to the beach it didn't matter. The cleanliness of the home and the entire area is superb. It was open with excellent views. Bedrooms were big too. The kids didn't want to leave. The owner was terrific to work with. She was full of information and very responsive. The house is well equipped and we were super comfortable. We had three adults and five kids so we had lots of room to spread out. We rented bikes to ride the roads on the island and the girls rented jet skis -- they were a blast. The listing information and pictures are accurate and the house is clean, clean, clean. We will return next year and will recommend it to friends. Rental Price of $1,395 per week (including tax!) * SAVE $400 when renting through me (owner) vs.

Paradise and relaxation are just a short ferry ride away. This is one of the best properties we currently rent. Views like this don't get any better. Lots of highly rated restaurants, bars, coffee shops and gift shops are all within a 5-10 drive on the island. The master bedroom has excellent vantage of the water and mountains in the distance as does the guest room on the other end of the house. The two bedrooms are divided by a lounge room with a Wi-Fi enabled smart TV. Cozy, comfy, yet right in the prime location of Vashon Island.
