1997 international 4900 tandem axle flatbed. Air ride suspension. Only driven 8000 miles a year. I have owned this truck and maintained it for 15 years in my business. It has a piggyback/moffett set up. In the last two years i put all new tires and all new brakes and drums as well as a new clutch and rebuilt the driveshaft. The truck has 270,000 miles on it and the motor has 100,000 miles on it. This truck should pass a dot inspection and i maintain it completely. I have many receipts from my repair shop that i can share with a new owner it has a nine speed eaton fuller transmission. There are no oil leaks. I recently purchased a 2007 truck to replace it.
