Sheet metal as solid as day it was built. Although thevehicle is mostly original, fair wear and tear dictates that some featuresrequires replacement due to age. This car just drips elegance. Now i have had a couple of questions about the mechanical condition of this 1937 packard for sale, i will say this about that, the current owner drove the car here from over 50 miles away without a care. She is in great shape and has had a thorough going over recently. This car starts, runs and drives like a champ. The straight eight under the hood cranks up with a short push of the starter button and comes to life with a gentle purr that belies the power it has in reserves. Driving this long beauty brings to mind stately parties, women wearing long evening gowns and perhaps a couple of tommy guns on the rear floorboard.
