We had to replace the driver's door panel due to a parking lot fender bender, but it was replaced with an original panel from another 280 SEL. The interior is completely functional, but it's old, so it could definitely use some love. The engine is all original and we just had the work done to bring it up to snuff with Utah safety and emissions

1972 mercedes 280 se. Slammed, lowrider, gangster! The springs can be changed. Great patina, won car show do to the patina. Runs, stops, i drove it and loved it, got looks ever time i drove it, good or bad how knows!! I bought it for parts for my coupe, my mechanic hated to hear that so he came up with some parts that i need. It is worth more to me in parts so no negotiation on the price. It's been sitting so it is dirty and the dirt is free. I would rather cut it up and safe a lot of money, for my other car. But i 'll put it out there if someone wants it.

Check out my store for more great unique and classic cars. Make sure and check out the video below. This car is a nice, clean, classic car that just needs a little fixing up here and there. The car starts right up and runs good but has been sitting awhile and will need a few adjustments here and there probably on the carb and what not. It has the 2. 8l 6cylinder engine which is a good reliable motor and does good on the gas mileage. The car drives down the road nicely. Someone has taken care of this car over the years. It shows 59k on the odometer and there is no way to tell for sure if it has rolled over or not but i'm just going to say it has. Under the hood and under carriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to check out the video below i do a complete walk around of the car inside and out and even take it for a test drive. The exterior of this car is nice but it does have some issues. The paint is nice and has a nice shine to it and i really like how they did the yellow car and made the roof black. It contrasts nicely. The body is straight on this car. This car has a lot of chrome on it and it looks great and shines in the sun. The factory color matched wheels covered are in great condition. It has a nice set of tires on it as well. Options: automatic transmission 2. 8l 6 cylinder engine power windows factory a/c leather/mb tex the interior is nice on this car and doesn't show much wear. The drivers seat does have some crack in it but that is the worst of it. The passenger seat is in good condition and just has one small hole. That back seats look great and show hardly any wear and obviously didn't get sat in much. The carpets are in good condition but for some reason the previous owner glued to mats to the carpet. The car has power windows and factory a/c. This is just a nice clean classic car that has been taken care of over the years. Call anytime with questions…. Hood emblem missing. Rust spots along bottom. Missing chrome pieces on grill. Rubber piece damaged on front bumper. Clear coat faded on top surfaces. Passenger front windows and drivers rear windows don't work. Starter grinds on occassion. Couple small tears in carpet. Rust spots in the trunk. Tears in drivers seat and small one in passenger seat. Small tears in headliner. Package tray has sun damage. The engine is out of the car it was previously customized to fit a ford 302 but they pulled the motor out so I got a w114 1970 straight six Mercedes gas engine that was said to run. The engine and the car are together and I have the key for it also. The car needs a new wiring harness from the fire wall to the headlights because they cut it up when they swapped the ford engine in it

This is a great little car. The exterior of this car is really nice. It has a hole in the seat and some of the wood needing redone etc. The car is a project it has a bad starter and the brakes are locked up. This is a project car. It is a true 280se with the fuel injected straight 6. Paint looks good and will shine up nicley. I have never drove it so i don't know a whole lot about thr driveability. I really hate to be the one to take it apart so i am selling it wholesale cheap here. My camera took a dump but i did get a few pics i will try and upload more soon. This also could be a parts car there are soooo many nice parts on it but i do not want to be the one to take it apart.
