As of 5/12/17 - The car just passed the Texas Safety Check and the Car is100% legal to drive in the state of Texas. Brand New License Plates are gooduntil April 2018! For sale is a 1978 Fiat 124 Spider. It has a 1800cc fiat motor I have done atune up with new plugs and wires new fuel pump. I have replaced the front crossmember and motor mounts and all the hoses and radiator with 14in fan also I havedone a complete brake job with new rotors calipers and pads new stainless steelbradded brake lines and new shocks. I had all the seats and carpet reupholsteredby a local shop and a new top. New wheels and tires the tires are Nitto'sfrom discount tires on the car. All parts came from Vickauto in Dallas thatspecializ in Fiat the new wheels are 15" new starter just installe. This carstarts every time no questions asked just needs to be warmed up like any oldcarbureted car then run all day. The only thing left on the car to do is thepaint it's good from 10ft has no rust it was painted by the last ownerabout 9 years ago. Please don't ask about bumpers if it's not in thepicture then I don't have them. This car is street legal and has passed thestate inspection every time. There is no rust and yes it does have a small oilleak as do most old cars. The miles on the car are at 37k I don't know ifthat's original as I have only owned the car for 2.5years.

I have a 1980 fiat spider 124 convertible! So i work for a towing company as the head mechanic and bought it from then cause it's been sitting at the yard forever so i have the title and done all my checks on it! Oil is clean as a whistle! It does look like the person before me bumped into something with the front alittle but it's not bad at all! I've been debating on keeping it but i'm a diesel mechanic and this car just isn't for me it's a sweet little car has new seats and carpet also has a new top! I will say that it could use some paint someone that had it before me did a crappy job on the paint out side just some runs in it. I will say a new paint job and a dash this car will be in great condition! Will make a fun little project car for someone! Shoot me an offer the worse i can say is no!
