For sale is my 5-speed 1995 eagle talon tsi awd. Let’s start with the setup, then i will go into a bit of history about the vehicle. It has been my first and only dsm. From my understanding, i am the third owner and the vehicle was originally purchased in the midwest. The talon was my daily from 2008 to 2015. I built the entire car with my father, with the exception of tuning which was aided by eli sutton and then i picked up how to tune myself and refined the tune as i made tweaks to the setup. V3 is the heart of the vehicle and i believe that a lot can be accomplished with the setup. The car is a very fun daily driver and is extremely responsive due to the setup. It’s fun to drive around town and it’s only a turbo upgrade away from being a very capable highway flyer. I had the car on an e85 tune for years and saw the most power from that setup. The body is straight and the interior is in great condition for the car’s age. Keep in mind, these cars are getting old and it’s now 21 years beyond its manufacture date. The paint does need a cut and buff, there is one noisy rear strut which needs to be replaced, and there is a small oil leak. However, the car runs strong and has never left me stranded, especially impressive considering that it handed quick the strong pulls of boost from the 16g. I’m out of the dsm game and have been for a while. It has been a great car and i’ve had a lot of fun memories driving it around and getting to know the wonderful members of the utdsm community. But i’m in school and really don’t have time to dedicate to building or really enjoying the car. It has been in storage for over a year now, aside from occasional little joyrides. I know that the car could be better enjoyed by someone else who is looking for a quick daily or who wants a solid foundation and clean body to build something more serious. Clear title in hand, car runs. Body has about 125k miles. All new fluids and tires have about 5k miles. Buschur racing installed megan muffler, upper ic pipe, 3" cat back exhaust, 2. 5" downpipe, 2g ported exhaust manifold, big 16g turbo, walbro 255 fuel pump, hallman boost control, auto meter boost gauge and safc. Car has kyb agx shocks and 17" chrome wheels. Cleaned up the engine bay while the engine was out. New paint with body kit in 2004 still looks good minus a few spots and two cracks on the rear quarter panel joints of the rear bumper. Ac was deleted after a small fender bender, but i have all the parts if wanted. Hood was cracked, front left fender was bent slightly and the bumper needs to be replaced after damage from shipping. Door handles were shaved and battery was relocated to the trunk, but needs to be secured properly. Interior is clean and has boston acoustics speakers with remote wire and monster cables running to the trunk for an amp. The mileage is not accurate but the transmission and engine are in good shape and were replaced and has about 10k on a new head and timing belt. It needs some TLC and a little work but these AWD Turbo DSM's are getting hard to find. Has a GReddy turbo timer, ugraded EVO turbo and battery is relocated to the trunk
