Originally a 318, itwas converted to a 67 440 motor and 727 transmission. The 440 has been rebuiltand has a forged crank and pistons. It has 915 closed chamber heads as well as amild hydraulic camshaft and dual plane intake. Trans has been rebuilt with ashift kit at the same time and a mild stall converter installed. Excellentrunning, smooth combination excellent for cruising. Behind the transmission is acustom Dynotech Engineering 3" alum driveshaft, spinning a set of 3.23 gears andfactory sure grip unit. Exhaust consists of hooker headers and TTI exhaustsystem exiting GTX exhausttips in stainless 2.5". Suspension is full XVMotorsports level I kit. This includes 1.12 torsion bars, custom alum shocks, f& r sway bars, adjustable strut rods and special leaf springs and urethanebushings. It also has a firm feel stage III steering box, which adds greatly tothe feel. The car corners like its on rails despite the 15" wheel and tirecombination. It is a true sleeper.
