More info: I'm a 34 year old male executive, and I'm also a SBU graduate business student. I work as a management consultant and I spend much of time travelling for work. Also, my parents recently moved to Florida, leaving me with the house. Anyway, I can use some help with the expenses of running the house. Currently, we have 3 females graduate students as residents in the house, all of which are finishing their programs this summer. However, one may stay depending on where she lands her medical residency. So, while the summer is still a few months away, I'm starting to interview candidates now, so the process is seamless come this summer. We rarely have guests over, so the house is usually quiet - including the weekends. Also, so the house runs smoothly, everyone that lives in the house is assigned a chore (e. garbage, empty dishwasher, vacuum, etc.) For perspective, I bought the house for $700,000 in 2006, and put at least $300,000 into it. All my neighbors are doctors or SB faculty. I need residents that will not only respect my house, but also my neighbors. As far as the guest policy. For the comfort and security of the residents in the house, there is a no overnight guest policy unless prior approval is obtained from me. Regular and supervised guests will be permitted during the day, for a limited timeframe. This cannot be a "party house" and I also want all the other residents to be comfortable. I asked my current residents if they'd prefer to loosen this policy, and they all agreed it should stay as is. With that said, exceptions can be made (e. International students are great! We understand International students may not have credit.
