I don't want to do that , they get much higher fees . I'm looking for family that is like me and we'll take care of the place , hopefully with kids , they will just love it , and it's set up with full kitchen so u can shop and cook and save money .. I just want to say I live here in babylon so I'm not a fly by night guy , I own that week so I can be trusted .. I'm just offering the suite .. also I took this week so it's not kid school week so airline tickets don't kill ya .. palm beach shores on singer island ..... 4 exits from palm beach airport.. Location: Before I moved here I was a little leary. Seemed like it was ok, just not in the middle of the city like where I was. I've lived here for 9 months now. Turns out, its not a bad location. The neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other. The street is very quiet with lots of parking. There is a park which is well kept and has exercise space for adults. My house is 3 blocks from the 110 freeway and a half mile from the 105 freeway. It is also a half mile from the harbor freeway transit station (Greenline, Silverline, and connecting Buses). In addition, there is a 7/11, Taco Bell, Cellphone store, Mexican restaurant, and Ralph's Grocery nearby. About me: I'm male, African-American, heterosexual, and atheist. I am direct, but fair. I will remind people of their commitment to clean up immediately, to put stuff back in its place, and respect others need for quiet. I report intimidation and theft to the police. I don't do exchanges for rent and I don't wait to file eviction notices. I try to inspire others to be their best and may assist with good information once in awhile, but mostly I'm busy being responsible for myself. So I will try to find a time that is mutually convenient to show my place. However, I will probably make less effort than most others, because my listing has pictures that are accurate. I will change bunks to single beds for those willing to pay for a 2person or single room. Moreover, I'm pretty chill and tend to get along best with nerds of any stripe. Place: It's already furnished. Has fridge, stove, washer, dryer, TVs, Blu-Ray, WiFi, Netflix, dishes, cookware, beds, blankets, sheets, pillows, coded entryway, coded room door, lockers, iron, ironing board, fans, closets, full-length mirrors, full bathrooms in each room, plenty of street parking. Please know that many of the listings on Craigslist for vacation rental apts. There are NO 1 bedroom apts. in Washington DC that rent for $50.00 a night. There are NO 2 bedroom apts. that rent for $79.00 a night. Expect to pay at least $140.00 in peak season. 2. EVERY legitimate vacation rental apt. in Washington DC is listed on one of the major vacation rental websites. The primary ones are VRBO dot com and Homeaway dot com. Air bee and bee dot com is also safe - but it can be hard to sort through since a lot of people don't keep up their listings or only rent part time. If it seems to good to be true - it is! Read the ad copy and look at the pictures. If it sounds like it was copied from a real-estate listing - it was! (This is sadly, VERY common.) 4. NEVER wire money to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Their house was so very welcoming, cozy, and comfortable.... The bed was so comfortable, it was hard getting out of every morning. But, we managed to for their amazing local fruit and organic coffee they served us. They had all of the best suggestions for us on where to go snorkeling, spending a lazy day on the beach, hiking spots, amazing food places, and drinking holes. And, it was easy getting everywhere from their house. We were on a very tight budget, and thought we had to "settle" for some less-than-spectacular lodging. We totally scored THE best place on the island, with the best people! We don't want to ever have to stay anywhere else when we come back!.... We're staying in the "Glamping Heaven" next time, too!" --Yvonne & James Maldonado, L. We have a really awesome, fully furnished room with a super comfy queen-size bed with an organic bamboo memory-foam topper (ridiculously comfy!), located in a very local Kapaa neighborhood. The house is big, bright, breezy, colorful, artistic, and cozy. We have a lanai (deck) that looks out over Sleeping Giant (Nounou) and Mt. Wai'ale'ale (The Wettest Place On Earth), and also provides awesome sunset views. mostly. $60, single occupancy...$70, double occupancy (maximum)....
